What is Windspray?

Windspray is a cool, light blue-grey from the Colorbond® steel range, named for the soft haze of sea-spray that rolls off the Australian coast. It's softer than Surfmist with a stronger blue undertone, which is why it's been a long-running favourite for coastal and modern builds where buyers want a light neutral that still carries character.

Why Windspray works

Windspray sits in the cool light end of the palette. It reads quiet against blue skies, holds its tone in strong sun, and softens against coastal foliage. Windspray works on coastal garages, modern shouses near the water, light commercial frontages, and any project where Surfmist would feel too clinical. The blue undertone gives it a coastal-modern feel without ever pushing into a saturated colour.
